First, we’d like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has hunted with us over the years at Keys Guide and Outfitting, LLC and those who hunted with in 2023 and 2024 under the new ownership at 3Outfitters West, a brand of Rockin Tri M, LLC. Your loyalty and passion for hunting inspire us to continuously improve your opportunities for success. Here’s what we’ve been working on and what’s coming in 2025:
Expanding Our Hunting Land
We’re excited to announce significant land acquisitions that will enhance your hunting experience:
Unit 40: We’ve added several thousand acres to our permit in this premier trophy hunting unit.
Unit 41, 421, 52, and 521: We now have over 300,000 acres of Public Lands to hunt on under special permit from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management.
Private Land Leases: We’ve reacquired 3,000 acres of private farmland and ranches. Many of these leases include active farming operations. With a little luck and some green thumbs, we’re partnering with landowners to plant and irrigate portions of these ranches. Crops not only benefit the land but also significantly improve hunting opportunities.
Enhancing Your Hunting Experience
We’re committed to providing the best hunting opportunities possible:
Trail Development: We’ll be constructing new trails and maintaining existing ones to ensure better access and safety.
New Stands and Blinds: From locally sourced materials to factory-built tree stands and ground blinds, we’re investing in tools to enhance your hunting success.
New Venture: Long-Range Shooting Courses
We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming long-range shooting courses launching in 2025! These courses are designed for everyone, from beginners to seasoned hunters. Stay tuned or contact us to learn more.
